The number of inventions disclosed, patented and licensed is of course not a complete barometer for a university’s contribution to society. But in the bay state, it is the measure of the university’s investment in itself and its intellectual property—and its future competitiveness as well as the region’s.
On Thursday, July 23rd at 1:00 pm, the Venture Development Center invites you to participate in a webinar about technology transfer and licensing. This is part of a popular series of webinars regarding research commercialization. The information assists attendees in making informed decisions of how to better plan commercialization efforts, be it through employment, licensing, consulting, joint venturing or startup creation. Each lecture is 90-minutes long. There will be expert guest speakers for each session. This session features the insights of Ashley J. Stevens, Executive Director, Office of Technology Transfer at Boston University.
